remove scope from consent screen

I want to remove the openId scope from our oauth consent screen in API and services in google cloud.

The openid scope (www.googleapis.com/auth/plus-me) uses Google Plus API for which the support will soon be removed.

We do not use this openId scope in our web app, we only use the email scope.

• How can I delete the openid scope? (There is no trash button) Is it because the consent screen needs verification?
  
• can I safely delete the second email scope? We do need the email for our webapp, so I am a little hesitant just to delete it
