Knowing Document OCR storage policies

Hi,

I have built a project that uses Document OCR API (region US), I had a few questions as follows:

1. Can I set region to Asia-Pacific (India)?

2. The information in OCR documents is sensitive, are these extracted data/document getting stored in GCP?

1. Currently the only locations for Document AI OCR are US and EU, you can decide where to send them by using:

POST https://LOCATION-documentai.googleapis.com/v1beta3/projects/PROJECT_ID/locations/LOCATION/processors/PROCESSOR_ID:process

Where LOCATION can be either `us` - United States or `eu` - European Union
