What GCP product can I use to host a callback URL?

Hi there,

I'm creating a script to automate the download of data from TikTok platform, via API. Unlike other platforms, they request a callback URL when registering the app (in their platform) for the connection to work.

My doubt is, is it possible to create a static resource based on any GCP product to support this? I've found on the marketplace a connector called Apipheny that makes the dirty job, but I would like to do it by myself to learn something new.
