Hi,

I got today an error while accessing the OAuth consent sceen. It says that at least one of following permission is missing:
clientauthconfig.brands.get
oauthconfig.verification.get
resourcemanager.projects.get

I'm the project owner, have checked the role Owner permissions. All 3 permissions listed above are enabled to the role.

And: it worked couple of days ago -- I've submitted the OAuth API verification request, now just want to check / update it.

Does somebody experience same error? What can I do else?

Thanks

Hi,

This is indeed an abnormal issue. In my experience, this issue occurs when you are logged into a different project or when you are using a different account. In order to isolate this issue, I suggest that you use an Incognito window (Google Chrome) or any other private window to log in to your project with your account. Doing this will make sure that there are no traces of other accounts that can interfere with GCP.

As you mentioned that you wanted to see the status of your request, it can take anywhere from 3 days to several weeks depending on the scope that you selected. More details can be found here.

Hi,

using Incognito mode doesn't help, got still this error.

In "APIs & Services", I can see all things like Credentials, Domain verification, except the OAuth consent screen. I'm pretty sure that I'm in the correct project, in the error page for it, I see the correct project-ID given there.

Anything else I can do?

Thanks!

Hi,

looking into your project linked to this account, I can see you have added "AutoML Admin" role to this account. I tried to reproduce the issue on my end and when I tried to add the "AutoML Admin", I received the following message:

"Remove yourself from the owner role?"

Note that "AutoML Admin" role is in Beta and it is not recommended for production environment. Could you remove this role and try the OAuth consent screen again and let us know the result?

Hi,

I can access the page again without doing / changing anything.

Thanks.
