Hello Everyone.
I am going a bit mad here and I really don't know what to do.

I am trying to validate my consent screen as I am asking gmail.send scope (which is sensitive)
Right now, as soon as I send my request, it fails in less than a second and go into [Action Needed] Privacy Policy mode.

The problem is that I really try to make everything the good way, being transparent with the data usage and all. I even did the youtube video...
So I think that it is a configuration problem !

If someone could just check my configuration and tell me if they see somthing wrong, that would mean the world to meconfig.PNG
I really hope someone can help me about that !

Cheers,
Joël

Hello Joel,

By looking at the description, it is unclear for me whether the issue is related with OAuth Client Verification process or actually stuck with verification process of your app's submission. If there exists an actual issue even after submitting the verification for your APP,  the Trust & Safety team will follow up with you through email with any additional information they need or steps you must complete. You may also further need to refer the help center article about 'limited use requirements', since you are getting an action needed update on 'Privacy Policy'.

As this is a general discussion thread about Google Cloud Platform and/or it related products, you cannot expect configuration level support here. For any such configuration or in-depth technical level support, you need seek assistance through either stackoverflow.com or serverfault.com.

That's being said, if you believes that there is an actual defect with Google Cloud Platform project and hence blocking your request, feel free to submit a support case with Google Cloud Platform by following this help center article. While submitting the support case, try to include as much as details including the steps and the documents you have followed.

Thank you very mutch for your answer!

Yes, the problem is a configuration level.... but my real problem is that I received a very general email about something wrong with my Privacy Policy and that the Trust & Safety Team doesn't answer when I ask for more precision about my case :/
I will try on stackoverflow and re-re-reading the documentation, but it's kind of frustrating :/

A More precise email on what's going wrong on my case would have been awesome from the Safety Team because right now it's kinda hard to see what's not good.

Anyway, thank you  for your time :)

Cheers,
Joël
