GCP Billing unit cost for invoice month

need USD conversion rate for the Bill which has been generated by gcp end of the month and that USD Conversion rate should match with unit cost sheet

for example asuming i have consumed 100 GB cloud storage then i need Unit cost to validate if GCP Provided overall value as per consumption is right
