where to get help with cloud TPU problems?

I'm getting strange errors trying train MNIST on a tpu following the google tutorial:

The error is a little mysterious and I'm not sure which help forum to direct TPU-specific questions to.

I see no google groups or stack overflow tags for this subject.

According to Cloud TPU Support page [1], there are various support options including ask on Stackoverflow or pay for support packages. Please tag with google-compute-engine AND google-cloud-tpu if you ask on Stackoverflow.

Also, remember to check this troubleshooting page [2], maybe you can solve the issue on your own.
