Cloud Shell instance hanging?

I have a clould shell instance seemingly running all the time since very recently:

https://devshell-vm-aa808940-f011-4ffa-a4d5-9425cc82598d.4.cloudshell.dev/

It seems to point to the same original machine IP address and I can't find the way to close it. This is a problem because google is starting to index the pages and think they are cannonical instead of the pages on the original website.
