Exception obtaining token

We are migrating from  Google to MSO 365 has anyone seen this error before? 

Exception Obtaining Token for Google Authentication: Error:"invalid_grant",, Description:"java.security.SignatureException: Invalid signature for token

What were you attempting to do exactly, when receiving this exception? Is there an API call? If so, the likely reason is a malformed JWT signature being sent to by a client. You may refer to the "Preparing to make an authorized API call" sub-chapter.
