I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this issue, since I don't know if the problem comes from the Cloud Platform or Google Sheets

Earlier today, we got an automatic email from Google, saying :

OAuth identity of this script has been deleted or disabled. This problem may be because of non respect of terms of use (approximative translation since I got the message in french).

I looked on the API Console - who became Cloud Platform - and the project associated to the script has been deleted.

So, I looked for changing the project associated to the script. I went on the script screen of my Google Sheet, selected Resources > Project Cloud Platform, and put the project number of a pristine new project in the field, but on submission, I got the error message :
Échec de la récupération du projet Developers Console indiqué dans le script. (Failed the recover the Developer Console project indicated in the script

I try to check the error message on Google, but I found nothing.
I tried with different projects numbers, but I still get the same message.

Can someone tell me what happen ? And how can I fix it ?
Thanks in advance

I am not very familiar having scripts run on Google Sheet, but from the Cloud Console perspective, you should be able to manage and see your projects as explained here.

If your project got accidentally deleted you can also recover it within a 30-day window frame.

Be advised you will only be able to see the projects you own or you have been granted premissions. For additional information you can refer to this article.
