I am hoping to restore a deleted Oauth2 ClientID - does this require a silver support plan?

I've read that this is possible, but unsure how to proceed. Would this be a support ticket via the Silver Plan?

API credentials unfortunately cannot be recovered once they're deleted. You will need to generate a new OAuth client ID and use it to replace the old one. If you have further questions about the verification process itself the FAQ section is really helpful.
