My Business API enabled but 0 quota

Hi all,

I've enabled the Google My Business Account Management API through the google cloud console, however even with this API enabled I have been given a quota of 0 requests/minute

Over a month ago I submitted the request to increase this quota limit but have had no correspondence from Google. Is this normal to expect? The form I submitted had advised 2 weeks but obviously that has been missed by a mile.

Is there anywhere specific to seek support for these types of issues?

Hi Josh,

Could you please check if you used this form? Before completing this form, you need to follow this pre-requisite documentation and confirm that all are followed correctly.

Hi, I just had the same problem. I already have access to the My Business API and am using it.  I added another project under my account and was able to enable the API's.  But when I tried to use the API's they failed and it turns out I have a "Requests per minute" quota of 0.  All the other quotas have values. "Create Location per day" 100, "update location per day" 10,000.

Is this because I just created it?  I checked the pre reqs above and completed the form to increase quota so I can use it.

I really need access to the API and am concerned how long it may take and even if it gets actions. I think I have submitted these forms before and nothing happened until I asked a friend I knew at google to help.

Same problem for us - we used the form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSenhlfSv_Gms-g5wtqcXHbGEXzI_08140cWwwSAtqtoUnm1ig/viewform?entry_1734708862=572952634069&entry_72222010 on July 20 for the My Business Business Information API and no response.
