Cloud Bigtable regional replication (beta) is now available

Dear Bigtable users,

We are proud to announce that Cloud Bigtable regional replication is now in beta! You can now easily create a Cloud Bigtable instance with two clusters, or add an additional cluster to an existing single-cluster instance to enable asynchronous replication, to enable higher availability and durability for your data.
