Cloud Bigtable instance-level IAM now available

Dear Bigtable users,

We are proud to announce the General Availability of instance-level IAM for Cloud Bigtable!

With this launch, you can set reader/writer/admin permissions on a per-instance granularity within your GCP project, allowing multiple teams to use a single Cloud Bigtable instance with appropriate reader/writer/admin permissions, or to share a single GCP project with separate Cloud Bigtable instances.

Per-instance IAM can be managed via API, CLI, or UI in Cloud Console:
