Timeline for representativeInfo updates?

Hey folks, it's almost that time again -- time for new representatives to be sworn in!

I believe last time we went through a big update two years ago, Google published a rough timeline spreadsheet of when updates are expected for certain states. Specifically, we're interested in the update of who's in office (removing old folks, adding new ones) and also the update that adds their contact info (email and phone), which historically has come separately.

Is that the plan this time around? Do you know when you'll have the schedule that you can share?

We are working on it, but we don't yet have this information codified to enable us to post a tracker.  
At this point, I am not sure we will be able to get something posted before the holidays/new year, but please stay tuned as we are hoping to get something shared asap.

Wanted to add a +1 for an update on this, since Congress has already sworn in and as Jason mentioned, state legislatures either have sworn in or will soon. We also rely on this data and need it updated for our users.

Hi All!
Thanks for your patience as we work to get everything updated. Below are a few high level updates with more detailed updates to follow. 

-We are looking to push an update on Monday (1/11) which will include all officeholder changes with swearing in through today. This will also include updates to federal level data. 
-We expect state level officeholder updates to be complete by 1/29. 
-Local officeholders will be updated based on the results of the 2020 election cycle beginning in late January through 2/26.
-Contact information will be updated for offices as new information is published by governments through Q1 of 2021, with priority being given to contact information for new federal, statewide, and state legislative officeholders. Contact information will continue to be expanded for local officeholders on a rolling basis throughout the year, with a more detailed schedule available in the coming weeks.

Hi Jason,
Yes! We pushed the update today as planned from my post from last week. This update includes all officeholder changes with swearing in through 1/8 - for all states. Updates to all federal level data for all states was also part of this release. Most of the newly added office holders contain only basic information, such as name and party - it will take some time to collect contact information, social medial handles, etc and those updates will be pushed on a rolling basis.

Hi folks, wanted to check in here -- are there any more specifics for the rest of the month? We saw the big update last week, and don't believe we've seen much more since then. Just wanted to see if you have expected dates for the next update(s) as we get through the end of the month and work towards the complete updates (minus contact info, as we know).

Hi Jason!
We pushed an update on Friday that saw changes (additions or removals) to ~360 officeholders and ~20 offices. 
We are aiming to push another update this week that will have ~150 changed officeholders and 40 changed offices. 

Going forward, we will be looking to continue these weekly updates as new officeholders get sworn in, and more information (contact, etc) becomes available.

Hi Jason,
In general, we will continue to see rolling updates with new/fresh information on a weekly on-going basis. 

As of today, all officeholders have been refreshed at the federal, statewide, and state legislature levels (with the exception of the shuffle of vacancies created by new administration movements etc.). There might be a few more statewide offices that come in over the next few weeks, but those will be in the 'expansion of coverage' bucket rather than 'refresh/update' bucket.

SD lower house seems to be missing, requests like this:


Return only the upper house, not lower.

And some NH lower house members also seem to be missing. Example:
