Is election id now required for voterInfo endpoint?

It appears when querying voterInfo endpoint, it returns a 400 "election unknown" response unless electionId is also provided, though it's listed as optional in the api. 

It used to work before, is there a reason for this change?

Hi, what you're seeing is the expected result: Given that the address you entered does not have a live election right now, not including an election id would result in the 400 election unknown error. 

Once an election is taken live, you will be able to see results returned even without specifying an election id. Hope this helps!
