Separate thread for this one...

What happened to Eleanor Holmes Norton, Congresswoman from DC? She used to come up for this OCDID on the representativeInfoQuery:

ocd-division/country:us/district:dc

But no longer does.

Did she move to another OCDID? What is it?

Additionally, on this OCDID:

ocd-division/country:us/state:co/cd:1

I'm getting a member of congress (expected) and a state board of education member (not expected). Why's that?
