Down ballot & Local Elections

Greetings, thank you so much for all your work to improve voter education tools. I work in local government and was elected in 2019 as the first API woman to serve as Mayor. I am wondering why the search functionality for the Voter Information Tool doesn't include local offices such as city council members. Is there a way to get listed on your database?

In terms of the data coverage, lower levels, such as city and county councils, are served on a best-effort basis for now. Your feedback is taken into consideration, and we'll be sure to update if the local office representative coverage changes in the future!
