Adding oauth2 IDs from service accounts to domain wide delegation

So I have a bunch of service accounts that I've created keys for and I am staring at a list of oauth2 client IDs that I need to copy over to domain wide delegation in my google admin pages. I need to be able to do this using gcloud or gam or some other command line because there's just too many accounts and I would like to be able to do this in a script.

Anyone know how to add IDs to

Security>API Controls>Domain-wide Delegation using gcloud shell or gam?
