Cloud Armor SQL injection

Hi Team, 

I have been facing an error in cloud armor. One of my customers is providing this address d'or 423

Cloud armor is blocking this content with this rule (owasp-crs-v030001-id942390-sqli)

Is there any way to allow this content without adding this rule to the exception list?
