Regarding chrome doesn't install in my windows 10 laptop

Respected sir/madam,

 

                      I was using google chrome very well. But when I once uninstall it and then try to install new version again then it shows an error like UNSPECIFIED ERROR CANT INSTALL CHROME.

 

                       SO PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS SITUATION BY GIVING A BEST SOLUTION. I REALLY WANT TO INSTALL CHROME AGAIN.
