Can't download a vcard...error code 102

I'm trying to make a vcard available for download to an address book to cross-platform mobile site visitors. 

On an iPhone, Chrome is giving me a Error Code 102. 

Here's the URL: http://axiarx.com/card.php

The link becomes available one mobile phones about halfway down the page.  Right now the link says download via safari (sorry!) since that's the only one that works so far.

I've heard this is a file type issue so I've added a new mime type in my .htaccess to handle .vcf files (vcards), but that hasn't fixed the issue.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

This is the forum for Google Chrome Frame, a plugin for IE, so we likely can't be of service for you.

I don't have any great suggestions for you as for where you can get help for this. You could try looking on stackoverflow.com, or doing a general web search for the issue you're facing.
