Google developer tools freezes / hangs

Chrome developer tools freezes(80% in task manager) when working with large CSS files / editing the CSS thought the style panel. This is a regression it worked in the last chrome release.

The file has 4072 lines of CSS when opening it in developer tools and try to edit it there is no editing cursor and the Dev tools get really really slow. (the css file is mapped to the filesystem via workspace).

This worked without problems in the last releases of chrome

Version 46.0.2490.80 (64-bit)

You can search crbug.com for an existing issue and star it. If you cannot find one, file a new issue using the "New issue" link on the same page.

Please, do not add a "+1" or "Me too" or "Confirmed" (or similar) comment. It just wastes the time of Chrome engineers and sends unnecessary e-mails to all of the people who starred the issue.

You can reply with a link to the found or created issue and might get triaged (and fixed) faster.
