introducing: DevTools Timeline Viewer app

Hey all,

If you've wanted to share profiling data with colleagues, or if you've been sending trace files around as attachments, then there's a new app that may be useful for ya.

The viewer has first-class support with Google Drive, so you can manage permissions of the traces within Drive but have a URL that's totally shareable within your team.

The viewer also supports pulling traces from Dropbox public links and Github Gists. Try the examples on the site!

It's still early, but feel free to try it out. 

And file issues or contribute at the Github repo.

Hey paul ,

its nice to have timeline feature.

But I guess we are progressing not in a linear but hafazard fashion.

I feel that introduction of new features should be supported by user manual, tutorial, training etc.

If you can do something about it, it would be great.

same is true related to console, coverage ,....other features , where you can introduce the 

feature and capabilities in step by step manner with tutorials, and user guides with examples.
