Keyboard shortcut to reload Chrome App from DevTools?

Is there a keyboard shortcut to reload a Chrome App from DevTools?

Also--when developing an unpacked Chrome App and using the DevTools and Workspaces to edit the code by right clicking the app and selecting "Inspect Element", the whole DevTools window reloads when I select to "Reload app". This is not the case when I select "Inspect Background app". This makes the whole edit-refresh cycle rather painful if I went the "Inspect Element" route (and so does not having a keyboard shortcut to reload the app).
