Changes are not applied to Chrome debugger

Hi,
I am using Visual Studio (VS) 2013 and I am developing an app using AngularJS.
When I modify my code and press F5 to run my project, in Chrome when I start using the debugger (by pressing F12) I see that the changes that I have applied to my .js files in VS are not applied in Chrome debugger. As a result, I cannot debug my code correctly. I even disabled chasing of Chrome debugger in the Network tab.
Any help?

You generally must have the Developer Tools open in order to use the "Disable cache" feature of the Network panel.
Does it work fine with other browsers?
