You could use DevTools Extension API to access all network data from a DevTools extension.You could also export network panel data as a HAR and explore this data in any third_party application.Other than that - please let us know about your scenarios so that we could better understand what you need and why do you need it.

Hi,Any update on this? I was looking for the exact same thing! But could not find any solid information.I want to access all of the requests made by the webpage (all that appears in the network window). I am building a tool to monitor performance of my website based on different requests my webpage makes.Any help is greatly appreciated!
