Feature Request: Persistent Coverage!

Hey all,

DevTools is such a crucial tool to my daily workflow! Kudos to all you rockstar devs that make it happen!

A super useful feature for us would be to Enable persistence in the Coverage tool :) 

This would allow us to measure coverage across multiple page loads instead of one, particularly helpful in the case of eliminating unused CSS, and especially for those of us maintaining older websites.

Features generally get prioritized when a lot of users request them, as measured through star count.
