Remote debugging: Device is not recognized

Hallo,

I'm just trying to activate remote debugging according these instructions:

Executed all steps being described, activated USB debugging on my mobile. USB drivers were installed automatically by Windows, phone is displayed in the windows device manage and windows explorer correctly. But it's not recognized by the developer tools of Chrome (More tools - Inspect devices). Text on bottom of the window reads "No devices detected". Chrome is running on the phone. What can be wrong?

Finally got it running by following these additional instructions on stackoverflow:

Obviously there is a gap in the docu of Google!

However there is one issue left: The browser window of the phone is not visible in the left window in the developer tools. How can I fix this?
