Settings not saving - Please help!

I may be a total dummy, but my chrome settings aren't 'saving' ... 

I've enabled Chrome experiments via 'chrome://flags' ...

Then I go into the dev tools settings and enable 'support for sass' and 'enable source maps' ...

I close the settings, then close dev tools, then restart Chrome and open dev tools...

The settings are not saved... What am I doing wrong?
