用chrome38下载公司内网zip文件，chrome有拦截提示

正常情况，不拦截的话，http返回0800的信息，如果是拦截此下载文件的话，则是一堆信息，如上最后一行红色内容。

有谁知道，这个文件为何被拦截？有什么规则么？
