HELP!!! I was tinkering with DevTools and now my page won't show up properly in Chrome Browser no matter how many times I clear my cache

I was tinkering in DevTools, thinking it was a safe sandbox to see what modifies what. Well....I made some changes, not sure what exactly and now my webpage won't show up correctly. My tinkering was to try to remove the gradient in the header portion. Turns out I have permanently removed the gradient and the blue in my browser. It doesn't appear this way for anybody else, but I can't get it to return. Help!


This is what it is supposed to look like:

















This is what it looks like in Chrome, and the changes have been stuck like this FOR WEEKS!















How do I clear out the local overrides that were done in the coding somewhere?
- It isn't affected on different computers even when I'm logged in as myself. 
- But it is affected on this computer no matter what person I'm logged in as.
- When I go incognito the site views correctly.

What is going on here?

Is it listed in the Sources panel under Overrides?

Try to go into the settings and go to avldnaced and click reset

I reset my chrome as Ronald suggested and it worked! Thank you so much for all of your help!
