You can report Developer Tools crashes via https://crbug.com (search for an existing issue first, though).

I open the window, using the shortcut, the window displays in the bottom corner "loading ...", when I enter the sources tab, it crashes, and after a while it displays that the page is taking too long to respond, and if I wait or close, the  website, only after a time between 5 minutes and 6, does it stop braking ever that i open the window devtools.
