Feature Request: Inline CSS onto element tree

In certain scenarios such as experimenting with reordering elements or transplanting them to new documents the result can be quickly mangled. This is because the styles attached to elements is so frequently dependant on their structure.

Having a feature in DevTools that would calculate the styles for each element of a selected tree and then inline those styles as attributes would make the elements significantly more portable and improve certain diagnostics.
