I have TENS (or hundreds?) of revisions for a website I'm building, and the site became SO SLOW.
I didn't know they were being accumulated that much!
At some point chrome is even unable to show me the changes in the (remote) server even closing the browser, clearing the cache… nothing helps.

So DELETING the whole history/revisions would help, at least.

How do I do it?

Hm... refresh the page?
Refreshing the page causes all of the local modifications to be reset for me.

The multiple copies of those files in the attached image exist for EVERY resource, whether I modified it locally or not.

Clearing the local modifications is not my goal. Forcing Chrome to load the (verified) newer version in the remote site is.

It's not that local modifications are overriding my server rules/files. The local modifications are deleted correctly on refresh, but the page is NOT re-loaded from the real remote file, but from somewhere else (I suspect from those duplicated sources called revisions, if I'm not mistaken).

I'm not using cache anywhere in the server.

Which version of chrome are you using?
Can you reproduce this issue consistently?
Could you please provide an URL where I can reproduce this (you could send it directly to me if you wouldn't like to make it public)?

I'm having the same problem. I can not view the changes I make to my site in Chrome Version 23.0.1271.64. I clear all browsing history and yet it still loads the version before the changes! Where is it stashing this saved version of the file and how do I clear it. I can not test my changes and therefore can not push them to the production server.

Thank you for your help

Do you mean DevTools show you incorrect file content or the older version of script is loaded in the page?
Can you check the script content shown in the network panel?
