positioning DevTools on the screen

to Chrome DevTools

once i started to work with 2 monitors, each time I open devtools screen, it is located way left on my PC screen so i must move it manually and drug it into the center of the screen.

what can i do about it? is there a way to reset positioning of the devtools?
