List of pages extremely slow to show up (> 5mn) on MacOS

Since a few weeks the list of open webviews in each app on each device is extremely slow to appear: between 5 and 10mn. A few weeks ago it was almost instant. I tried to deactivate extensions but it didn't change at all.

Any idea? I'm perplexed, it's unusable as is...

Context: MacOS 10.14.5, Chrome 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64 bits)
