Web constantly crashing when openin devTools

I've been developing a website for a while now.

Ever since I got a new computer (with win8 on it), chrome started crashing at least twice every 5 times I pressed F12, showing me an "Aw, Snap!" message, while the devTools had a sign with "Inspected target disconnected" on it.

When I reloaded the webpage, and no matter what I did, devTools wouldn't connect back to the page so I had to close it and reopen it (most of the time this would disconnect it again and crash the webpage).

It was quite annoying but I went on with it as sometimes it'd work.

At some point, pressing F12 started to crash the webpage every single time and inmediately closing devTools, not allowing me to do anything with it.

I reinstalled chrome and it's been ok for a week or so. But today it started to show the same behavior as in the beggining of the issue. I don't know what to do about it...

Hi Sara,

can you please navigate to chrome://crashes/ and check if there are some crashes there that have time matching to that when you observed the inspected target crash? If so, please post the crash ids here or file a bug using the link on the page.
