In dev tools you can emulate touch. It would be nice if you could "add" touches to the screen to mimic multi touch. In this mode I imagine that the "touch" circle would be rendered as normal, but with a keyboard shortcut you could add extra circles at locations on the screen. Each circle would have a remove button and off/on button - it would make mobile development a heck of a lot easier.
