Chrome Beta (Mac): Requests missing from Network tab

Recently I have noticed a bug in the Network tab of the dev tools.  Any pending http requests do not show up in the list.  Once a pending request has completed successfully, it appears it the network tab.  Additionally, 301 or 302 redirects do not show up.  I'm on the Chrome beta channel, (currently 63).  I don't know if regular version is affected, but the bug has been around for several versions for me.  Is there a bug report somewhere for this that I can follow?  So far, I have not been able to find one.

You can search crbug.com for an existing issue and star it. If you cannot find one, file a new issue using the "New issue" link on the same page.

Please, do not add a "+1" or "Me too" or "Confirmed" (or similar) comment. It just wastes the time of Chrome engineers and sends unnecessary e-mails to all of the people who starred the issue.

You can reply with a link to the found or created issue and might get triaged (and fixed) faster.
