Lost editing rights

Good morning. One of our students has lost editing rights to his Google Site. When viewed, his site shows no editing tools or the 'Edit' button. 

I can't see in Google Dashboard, how to restore his access. Any help would be valuable.

Who is the owner of the site? The owner should be able to add the student back in as an editor.

If you cycle to the bottom of the page, does it allow the user to sign back in via the link (see image attached)? 

If so, log in as normal......it happens from time to time.

Might be worth double checking that the student is signed in with his/her school Google account, and not a personal one.

Good afternoon and thanks to all of your suggestions.
The solution was outside of Google Admin and was to do with Hapara Teacher Dashboard. In TD I could view his Site and its Sharing settings.
this student's Google Site had his Sharing setting amended to 'Can View' by a member of staff. Once reset the issue was resolved.
