G-Suite - education affecting our Android phones for Playstore

Hi All,

We have been using Google apps for  education since 2014 with no affect on our staff mobile phones.

They have been able to download apps from Playstore.

I have checked in Admin: Apps that the Playstore app is available for them.

Now our staff cannot use Play store. The get this error message.

 If we login under another gmail account the phones are fine.

It is just our Google login that causes this.

Error message of:

"Error retrieving information from server {DF-CHARTA-01}"

 

This is a recent change as we have been able to download apps in the past.

Anyone else finding this a problem.
