I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8 and I have both the Google Checkout and the
MZMT installed in my cart. In the Google Checkout, it states
"MultiGeoZone MultiTable mzmt not configured!" I have to use this
shipping method due to the way my shipping rates are done. How do I
configure it to work with Google Checkout
