Table Rate Shipping Calculating Problem with GCO

Hello!
I've installed the Google Checkout module on Zen-Cart V1.3.8, and
currently have everything working as expected except for table
shipping. For testing purposes, I have the table rate shipping modules
enabled;the table rate always shows up in GCO as $0.00, which
certainly won't do.
The following are my relevant table rate settings as configured in the
admin area:
Shipping Table
0.10:1.49,0.25:2.29,0.50:3.49,1:4.99,5:7.99
