Dropdown Sort Order

I searched for this topic but only found a thread from 2007 that did
not solve my problem. What I am trying to do is to get USPS First
Class to show as the default selection when a customer goes to Google
Checkout.

I tried changing the file "shipping_methods.php" but it will not move
USPS on top of UPS. (It does move UPS and USPS selections around in
their respective groups, eg. Moved UPS Ground above UPS Next Day Air)

I have the arrays as such:
'usps' => 'USPS',
'fedex1' => 'FedEx',
'ups' => 'UPS',
but to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Ropu, the individual who developed the most current version of this
mod (Dec 2007), previously reported the sort order is controlled by
Google and no method was available to Google Checkout Sellers account
owners to alter the sort order.

You may wish to post your question to the Google Checkout Merchants
and Developers forum (two separate Google Groups forums recently
merged into one forum).

Right off hand I'm not sure.  You will probably have to find the code that reads and displays the data from that array and change how the HTML is generated.
