"checkout redirection"

i recently integrated google checkout with zencart.(i am EXTREMELY new
to all developer-related things that consist of developing and
creating a website, however i pick up on things pretty quick) so i
folled the installation instructions.. i created the files on my
system
(my host is bluehost) and every file that said needed to be copied to
my system i copied over. now when i try to do a test checkout using
sandbox or production mode using me as the customer(i just set up my
website so i have no current customers) when i follow through the
steps and click "confirm checkout" instead of redirecting me to a
secure server for google(like i thought and assumed was supposed to
happen....?) it just redirects me back to "step 1" page of my
checkout. could anyone help me out or enlighten me on what is going on?

You must have installed an old version of the GC for ZC mod. You do
not checkout with GC using Zen Cart checkout process. Instead GC icon
should appear on ZC shop cart page or login page only.
