Google Checkout email caught in loop

I keep receiving the same email over and over for over a year.

Don't know what it is about, I've tried to block it as spam, to no
avail.

Difficult to explain; it originates from: Diane-
bgbls...@checkout.google.com

Is sent to: SockHopSho-...@checkout.google.com

and is then forwarded to my go daddy email account for my business.

I've tried replying to it, calling a phone # listed within it, all to
no avail.

Go Daddy suggested I contact Google.
