International Shipping

Hello All,
I've just installed the google checkout module on my oscommerce
site. I am now receiving the following errors:
Canada & Mexico Shipping flat2 not configured!
World Wide Shipping flat3 not configured!

Where can I apply these settings?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I installed it on ohcheri.com Is this an easy setting in the code?
We have flat rate shipping for canada/mexico and worldwide

I now receive the following:
"OhCheri.com does not ship to this address via Google Checkout
You do not currently have any valid shipping methods."

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello, there's no further information under shipping regarding
googlecheckout. Would you recommend a reinstallation? if so what
package is recommended.

I only had the install under the google checkout payment module.
Nothing shows up under shipping for google. Should I check a certain
file?

Please check google checkout setting.
Also check which shipping option you use for customer selection.

Give us admin details so we check further.
