Problem Using Freight Tables with Google Checkout

I would appreciate any help/advice.

We use weight-based freight tables to calculate shipping charges. They
are state specific.

The orders are getting passed to GoogleCheckout before any address is
given on the Miva side.

The customer ends up with a LONG list of shipping options that are not
state specific. They do not know what to choose from the list.

Is there a way to collect address information on the Miva side before
the order gets passed to GoogleCheckout?
