google chart render problem in IE

Please take a look at following link

http://chtl.hkbu.edu.hk/test.php

it works well in firefox and chrome, but in IE, the Axis Y scale
disappear. How to fix it?

You're right, it seems like a bug if you start the script at display: none (but not in reverse). You will also have better luck posting this in the correct forums.https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/google-visualization-api
